Voice-Controlled Tic Tac Toe with Robolink Robot: Innovative Interaction
In this project, a robolink robot from RBTX was adapted to play Tic Tac Toe via voice commands, showcasing advanced human-robot interaction. Utilizing a prototype ROS implementation integrated with AWS RoboMaker, the robot operates seamlessly with deep-learning voice recognition through Amazon Lex, the same technology as used by Alexa. The robot's original DCi motion controller and touch panel were replaced with a ROS-compatible low-cost controller, enabling greater flexibility. AWS RoboMaker simplifies development, simulation, and fleet management services, reducing complexity while enhancing the robot’s versatility.
